Introduction
This is an advanced metal roll forming machine which is making steel U profile guilde rails, reinforced U profiled guide rails and silenced guilde rails for the production of rolling shutter doors. We equip Mitsubishi PLC control system originally from Japan to this rollforming line to realize a full automatic U shape guilde rails production. After being set with parameters like sheet length and sheet quantity, this equipment will start the production to corrugate the flat sheet into the desired steel profile and length.

Installation and Training
1. The buyer can send workers or technicians to our factory to accept training for free.
2. We can send detailed operation manual and video to the buyer to do the installation and commission
3. If the buyer need our technicians to assist on the installation and commission in his workshop, we can send one or two of our technicans to do that and the buyer is required to afford the round flight tickets, supply hotel, food and pay USD100/day to our technicians.
